- Covers triage assessments, concepts, documentation, and processes
- Instruction on critical thinking skills, caregiver and patient satisfaction, determining acuity, five-level acuity specific education [Emergency Severity Index (ESI) or Modified Canadian Triage Acuity Scale (CTAS)], dealing with potential violence, initial care of the critically ill or injured, psychiatric presentations, victims of abuse, and more
Online: Post-Test
- Covers material in live workshop; pass test and print out continuing education credits; note: Triage First does not award continuing education credits for mere participation - participants must pass corresponding tests for credits
Online: 5-Level Acuity Scale Training [Emergency Severity Index (ESI) or Modified Canadian Triage Acuity Scale (CTAS)]
- Follows the live workshop, approximately 3 hours
