ED Evaluation
During site visits, our senior consultants compile an extensive reservoir of data from various levels of management
and process function. The data is analyzed at our corporate offices and compiled into a written, detailed, and comprehensive
report over a period of 3 to 6 weeks following the onsite phase. We return and present an oral report (approximately 4
hours) of the findings along with a detailed plan and timeline for implementation. Triage First will prepare the online
project manager to begin working with you to complete all action items and goals.
Triage First provides executives, management, and staff with the tools to accomplish the Action Items and goals
that are chosen as a result of the findings from the ED evaluation. Triage First provides oversight and direction
to all teams in a timely and efficient fashion through the use of the online project manager. Managers and
executives can oversee projects from their office and receive requested support from our senior consultants as
the implementation timeline moves forward. Triage First stays at your side until all aspects of the project are
completed and goals achieved.
