Comprehensive ED Triage Course

The Comprehensive ED Triage Course is a "blended" program. It is a combination of a two-day live workshop and several educational modules taken online, earning over 23 Contact Hours.

National Workshops are scheduled in major metropolitan areas throughout the United States, approximately six workshops per year.

In-House Workshops allow you to save on lodging, travel, and out-of-pocket expenses for your staff's triage education by having Triage First come to your facility. The same national workshop agenda is offered to your facility at a per participant price lower than that for the national workshop.

Triage Specialist Course

Comprehensive Training for the Triage Educator

Triage First will train your staff to present and teach our Comprehensive ED Triage Course. Every emergency department needs a triage resource person who can also train the new grads, teach refreshers, and improve on the delivery of care being received at triage by your patient population. This October, Triage First will begin its Triage Educator training program. It is five days of intensive training, so that your staff can become the best of the best when it comes to triage. Watch a Flash intro (must have Flash 8 player installed).

CONTACTS (Quarterly Continuing Education)

Our online CONtinuing Triage And Competency Training Series provides convenient ongoing education for those who have completed our Comprehensive Course.

Jacqueline Sedlock, RN

I was excited to come to this conference as we so desperately need to get an adequate process established in our ED for triaging patients. This was an excellent conference and I now understand the process. More importantly, you have given us the tools to establish it. Both of you have a gift for teaching. I'm still awake!"
Tamara Hamacher, RN, BSN
