Triage First's Implementation Program

Your hospital hired Triage First for consulting. You have the analysis and recommendation reports in hand—but the daily operations of a busy emergency department may hamper your efforts to implement Triage First's recommendations. Don't leave that report on a shelf to collect dust. Take advantage of Triage First's highly acclaimed implementation services.

Triage First consultants may have recommended sweeping changes to your operations and physical plant. The administration sees these recommendations as beneficial. What happens next?

Onsite or Online?

Triage First consultants do the implementation legwork that those involved in daily operations cannot possibly accomplish as quickly. We can do this using two approaches. First, our consultants can visit your facility periodically to meet with your staff in person. Second, they can meet with you online through web-based conferencing, a program we call VIS (Virtual Implementation Services), which is a combination of tele-conferencing and the ED CQI Portal (an online project, team, and meeting management tool).

Triage First has valuable experience in providing administrative support for ED physician and nurse management teams. We provide team-building and leadership sessions to facilitate the needed communication and enable the department to complete the implementation in a timely (and, therefore, more cost-effective) manner.

When all the pieces of the project are joined and combined, and the goals achieved, we will encourage you to continue the process for more improvement through training in our ED CQI Training, a function of our Resource Development Service (Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping for Healthcare). Our consulting services are not a means to an end, but our process for your continuous improvement so that you and your efforts to Make It Better will leave a legacy of excellence in healthcare for your community. You may choose to continue to use the ED CQI Portal as you add more projects for innovation and improvement.
