We are experiencing a very high demand for our in-house educational services (the Comprehensive ED Triage Course), and for our Triage Specialist Course - Comprehensive Training for the Triage Educator. Due to this demand on those services, we are unable to schedule national workshop locations for the first two quarters of 2008, as we had previously planned on doing. We are currently booking at a rate of about three months in advance for in-house educational services, and our Triage Specialist Courses (public and private) are a heavy drain on our resources. Please check back with us, or sign up for our newsletter to be informed when our 2008 workshop locations have been posted. We are having growing pains. Thank you for your patience.

Payment in advance is required but is also refundable in most cases. Full refunds are given for cancellations at least 15 days in advance of workshop, 50% refunds for cancellations less than 15 days out. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Substitutions are welcome with advance notice. If for any reason a workshop is cancelled, a full refund will be given, which is the full extent of our liability.
