ESI/CTAS Wall Posters

Every triage room and EMS point of entry should have one of our posters on the wall. Use as a visual reference while triaging patients—in either ESI or CTAS versions. The posters can easily be tailored to any size you prefer, at no extra cost. The standard size measures 36" x 36" (ESI) or 36" x 48" (CTAS)—large enough to be seen from a comfortable distance. Each poster is comprehensive and highlights high-risk clinical issues for the nurse at the triage station. Having this poster reinforces the training your nurses received from the Triage First Comprehensive ED Triage Course. $199 each. Note: The ESI poster does not contain the ESI Algorithm which is a Copyright of ESI Triage Research Team. You may download the Implementation Handbook which contains the ESI Algorithm here. Call 828 628 8029 to order the wall poster.

ESI/CTAS Pocket Guides (scrub-sized)

Need a quick reference for one of the five-level acuities—ESI or CTAS? We have the solution. Designed for the scrub pocket, these spiral bound aids are alcohol- and water-resistant. More importantly, the layout is simple and straightforward, tabbed for easy reference, and designed by the only company in the United States that has promoted five-level acuity for the last decade. Note: The ESI reference aid does not contain the ESI Algorithm which is a Copyright of ESI Triage Research Team. You may download the Implementation Handbook which contains the ESI Algorithm here. Our pocket reference aids are $25 each. Call 828 628 8029 to order.

Triage Acuity Audit Guide (TAAG)

Chart audits are rarely fun, but we all know they are necessary in order to identify where resources need to be applied in order to improve on clinical skills and assessments at triage. Triage at the "front door" is a high-risk area, so it's important to have a benchmark guide to follow in order to make appropriate needs determination related to skills at triage. Our online Triage Acuity Audit Guide (TAAG) is just that. It just may be the only benchmark you will ever need. Use it to train staff for chart audits. Call 828 628 8029 to order.
